Jim McGowan

Jim McGowan joined JA Alternatives in 1986. Over the years Jim has been privileged to experience the business of hair replacement from every angle. He has seen the business from the perspective of a client, a technician, a manufacturer, a manager, a business owner, and a marketer. Today Jim is the Managing Partner of JA Alternatives and runs the day to day operations, overseeing the management of 7 locations. In addition, Jim produces, directs, and edits all JAA TV content marketing, print, and social media marketing.

Jim and jane have enjoyed a lifelong friendship and shared a vision of hair replacement early on. A vision that made creating and manufacturing the most natural looking hair replacement its’ central goal. Today they have realized that vision as being recognized by their many clients, and even their peers in the industry, as the gold standard of hair replacement
